Who We Are

PoliMap is a nonpartisan, not-for-profit organization with a simple mission: to increase civic engagement, involvement, and political knowledge to create a more informed and educated electorate and nation and to give politicians a clearer understanding of their constituents' needs and desires.

Our Nonpartisan Promise

PoliMap is not and never will be affiliated, connected, or associated with any political party or candidate. We seek to represent every party fairly, accurately, and completely with no bias in coverage, commentary, or recognition. We aim to equip our users with the information and opportunities to effectively form their own political beliefs and identification. All interactions with partisan events, groups, or politicians will be in good faith for the benefit of PoliMap users.

Our Not-for-Profit Nature

PoliMap believes that civic engagement and political improvement does not belong behind a paywall and should not profit individuals, only our nation. Advertising revenue and donations are used solely for three purposes: website maintenance and improvement, staff compensation, and investment in events.

Our Data Pledge

PoliMap will never store or sell any of our users' data and does not collect any information related to political engagement, activity, or interaction associated with links or other information on our site. We also do not engage in targeted advertising.
